BIG MACHINES AT THE MOUNTAIN
Big Machines at the Mountain! Kids of all ages can get up-close with a variety of vehicles used at FirstLight’s Northfield Mountain. Sit on a snowmobile and a trail groomer, check out a backhoe and a crane. Spend the morning exploring these amazing machines while also enjoying arts and crafts allowing kids to explore building and engineering. And this year the Northfield Fire Department is brining a ladder truck! Free hard hats for kids while they last. This program is offered by FirstLight in collaboration with the Union 28 Community Network for Children and the Pioneer Valley Regional Coordinated Family and Community Engagement Program.
